Baskar Subramanian is a serial entrepreneur and Customer Experience Technologies industry veteran with over 35 years of thought leadership in Unified Communications, Contact Center, Digital and Collaboration technologies. Baskar is the Founder of Servion Global Solutions Limited, the largest global end to end systems integration specialist in customer experience and contact center space. Baskar worked at AT&T Bell Labs as a Resident Visitor and Member of Technical Staff.  Mr. Baskar Subramanian holds Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication engineering from the REC-Trichy, University of Madras, India, and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Baskar was also the Founder of Green Quotient Systems, a technology venture in the Cloud Computing space.  Baskar is an angel investor and a member of Board of Directors in Customer Experience software companies like Uniphore, Tetherfi, Lumiq, Autonom8, Akaike and Exato Technologies where he mentors the entrepreneurs.  He is also a visiting faculty at NIT Trichy, where he anchors a three-credit course on Business & Entrepreneurship for Engineers for final year engineering students.  Baskar also consults with several enterprises and BPOs primarily on CX & Digital Strategy.
